Overcome lifelong habits in just minutes?

Impossible! … Or is it?

Actually, it’s entirely possible — under the right circumstances.

And I know this to be true, because I’ve helped countless people (as in thousands by now) to get rid of lifelong habits, often with just one EPIC NLP technique… and usually in less than ten minutes.

Here’s a couple of examples…

1. The Nail Biter

When Joe decided to take my EPIC NLP training a few years ago, he’d struggled for years with compulsive nail-biting.

No matter what he tried to do, nothing seemed to work.

Until I pulled him out the front of a packed seminar room to assist me with a demonstration of a simple EPIC NLP technique called “The Swish Pattern.”

2. The Pill Popper

This was a very interesting scenario.

in this video, you’ll see a young guy named Dan talking about a friend (who shall remain nameless to protect his privacy) that he brought with him to our event.

Months earlier Dan’s friend broke his ankle, and was prescribed painkillers… which he subsequently became addicted to.

Using a more involved EPIC NLP process called “Submodality Preference Switching”, we re-coded how Dan’s friend reacted to the painkillers on a subconscious level by matching the experience of taking the painkillers to the thought of drinking a glass of petrol.

The technique was so successful, the following day his friend had to leave the seminar multiple times to deal with the withdrawal symptoms from no longer taking 25 to 30 pills… because he couldn’t physically bring himself to ingest them anymore.

Now, I’m not saying that these techniques will work for every bad habit or addiction, 100% of the time.

In fact, they don’t always work at all (although not many NLP trainers will care to admit that).

I have no interest in peddling fluff to you though, so I will tell you I’ve seen these techniques work consistently in around 75% to 80% of cases. Often more than one technique is required… or follow-up assistance is necessary.

What I do know for sure is that they are highly effective when applied in the right way, at the right time.
